Harrison Ford gets emotional introducing the new, and maybe final, Indiana Jones film

"This is it."

Indiana Jones himself showed a loving crowd a clip for the new movie and he got emotional while hinting it could be the last time we see Dr. Jones on the big screen.

The Breeze was lucky enough to be invited to attend Disney's D23 Expo 2022 in Anaheim, California, where Harrison Ford surprised the crowd with an appearance and a heartfelt, touching speech to fans.

"No, thank you!" he said as the hall erupted in applause and everyone jumped up from their seats (let me tell you, there were ALOT of superstars brought out that day, and no one else got the reaction Harrison did).

"Thank you for making these films such an incredible experience for all of us," he continued, his voice shaking with emotion. "For giving the opportunity to us to make these films for you."

"I think ah -" he paused to fight back more tears and gather himself as the crowd encouraged him with cheers.

"Indiana Jones movies are about mystery and adventure, but they're also about heart. We have a really human story to tell, as well as a movie that will kick your ass."

Harrison gave huge props to his co star Pheobe Waller-Bridge, exclaiming that she was one of the reasons the fifth film was so fantastic.

The movie icon also made a huge call about the future of the India Jones films - declaring "this is it", there will be no more movies.

"I will not fall down for you again!" he laughed.

The teaser trailer hasn't been made public yet, but let us assure you, it looks just as "kick-ass" as Harrison described. Now 80 years old, the actor has played the title role in the Indiana Jones movies since 1981, beginning with Raiders of the Lost Ark.

'Temple of Doom' followed in 1984, then 1989's 'The Last Crusade', and 'Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' came out in 2008.

The fifth and apparently final Indiana Jones film is set for release in June 2023.
